Location
How far are you willing to travel for work? If a job pays a higher salary, you may be more inclined to travel a farther distance. Your Interests
If you choose a job position that doesn't interest you, you're setting yourself up for failure. It doesn't have to excite you, as it's just a way to earn an income, but if you want to last a long time at a company, you should find a job that's at least a little interesting to you. Even a minor connection goes a long way, like someone who loves sports working at a factory that makes hockey helmets.
Your Skills
